From initial contact to project handover, we provide an incomparable service — tailored to your needs, built around communication, and delivered with care at every stage.
Getting started is simple. Reach out to us by phone or through our website. This is a no-obligation discussion where we take the time to understand your vision, your budget, and your timeframe. From there, we can advise on the best path forward. We have strong working relationships with leading architects and designers, and depending on the size and scope of your project, we're happy to suggest architects and designers who will best suit your needs.
We work closely with you, your architect, and your designers to support the design & planning process, this early collaboration allows us to contribute our construction expertise to providing input on buildability, budget parameters, site constraints, and scheduling.
Upon completion of your design and finalised architectural drawings, we walk you through a full breakdown of the project — covering all aspects, costs, and timeframes in detail. We take the estimating process seriously, investing substantial time to ensure nothing is overlooked. Once you're completely happy with everything, contracts are signed and we get to work. At this point you'll be set up on our Buildertrend project management software, giving you 24/7 access to your project every step of the way.
With direction established, the build is carried out with care and precision. Through hands-on supervision and trusted trades, quality and intent are carried through every stage of the process bringing a friendly and positive environment on your job site.
Our commitment doesn't end at completion. We ensure a thorough and smooth handover — your home delivered exactly as envisioned, with every client need met from start to finish. And if you ever need us, we're only ever a phone call away.

Arte Constructions is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, subcontractors, and site personnel in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, associated Regulations and Codes of Practice.
We recognise that a safe workplace requires the active participation of all personnel. Consultation between management, employees, is an essential part of our safety management process. All managers and supervisors are responsible for the ongoing review of site operations, ensuring adequate instruction, training, and supervision is provided at all times.
All employees are required to carry out their duties in accordance with safe working practices, taking responsibility for their own safety and that of those around them. Arte Constructions is committed to continuous improvement in workplace health and safety across all projects.
