After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, Certificate IV, and spending many years project managing high-end homes, Jay Vaughan founded Arte Constructions with a clear mission — surround yourself with the best people, support them to grow, and deliver homes that clients are proud of for a lifetime. Starting from the tools and working his way through every facet of the industry, Jay has spent over two decades applying everything he's learned to build a team that is as passionate about the craft as he is.
